today we are making liquid caramel or caramel syrup. It is a very easy and delicious recipe and fundamental for bakeries. You can use it on top of ice creams, waffles, crepes, to line pudding pans, or to fill chocolates.
Ingredients needed are:
100ml hot water
1 tsp lemon juice
