A quick video on how to make turmeric water! What I like to call Liquid Gold! This is great for inflammation, or any kind of pain. If you experience pain in your joints drink this and you’ll be well on your way!
There are no true measurements because it is based manly on taste. The important measurements are below:
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon raw local honey
Also, Fiji & Evian water are amongst the best bottle waters to drink!

To all! Thank you for your responses and for watching my video. I do not claim to be a specialist, this is just the way I prefer my turmeric water! I wanted to make a response in regards to the microwave & the pepper: There is a difference between microwaving in a glass container vs. a plastic one. Yes, microwaving is not the best, but realistically we all own one!! eat popcorn, use cell phones etc. It’s all about perspective…. as cooking food also changes the molecular structure and robs us of nutrients, but we cook the nutrients out anyway. Also, we risk pumping our bodies full of radiation when we talk on our cell phones, but we use them anyway.
Microwaves are a kind of non-ionizing radiation. They do not have the same risks as x-rays or other types of ionizing radiation, so they can be used if used properly. Also, the cayenne pepper was not meant for absorption. If you have an unhealthy digestive track you are not absorbing most of the nutrients you take in anyway, even if you were to use black pepper. I have a pretty healthy gut, so I do not need additional support with absorption but for those who do, I would suggest you heal your gut b/c using black pepper wont help much. Blessing
