'Legal highs' made illegal

As of midnight last night, a whole range of drugs – that were previously sold in high street shops and online – have been banned.
So-called ‘legal highs’ were linked to scores of deaths in recent years. Now it’ll be illegal to sell or supply them. But as Dominic Reynolds reports, some people are warning that the ban will force the drugs onto the black market.
